Use of Tablet Devices

There seems to be a lot of pros and cons with the tablet devices.

I'm looking to get a Nexus. Does anyone in the Autodesk world have any input? 

After attending Autodesk University and several other seminars prior to AU this past year, I am now convinced this is a better way to keep notes or records of the events and to even share information with my peers that are unable to attend.

I don't need a full blown system to do work, or drawings since most of the time I'm in the office, or in my home office (like now). Just something a little bit more than a phone but way less than a laptop.

Also while we are on the subject, does anyone know whats the difference between  Apple's iOS operating system and Google's Android operating system?
